RETURN POLICY

Customer is allowed to return any WHILE WE’RE aWAKE product within 10 calendar days from the original shipping date. To be eligible for a return, the returning item/s MUST be in new conditions and sent back in the original packaging. Once item is received, the customer will be notified and the product will be inspected, if the return is approved WHILE WE’RE aWAKE will grant the choice of company credit for the value of the returned item/s or exchange for same or different product.
